4th of July Recap
I don’t know why I feel obliged to inform people of this, but my 4th of July was too good to not recap. I believe that I was drunk three separate times over the course of the night (3 PM, 7 PM, and 11 PM), and passed out twice. I played nearly 20 games of beer pong, I believe, but that’s all I have to say. In the meantime, I must declare that Beirut should not exist as a name for Beer Pong. There is no reason that the capital of some Middle Eastern country should share the same vocabulary lexicon that includes blowing, fingering, bounces, Naty Light, and NBA Jam rules. So from this point on, by no power whatsoever, I abolish the name Beirut and place Beer pong as the sole, legitimate claim to honor for the name of our drinking games. Until the next feelings change, I will take no appeals.
