Bored at work, I stumbled on this goody:

Pet owners prefer McCain

Honestly, I don’t know what to think of this.  As an ardent Obama supporter, should I brood on the loss to McCain among the pet owners?  Or should I just laugh at msnbc for honestly, truly believing this was a terrific headline to plaster on the front page.  I’m not saying anything about pet owners in general; my dog Willie would trounce all of yours regardless.  All I’m wondering is why separately distinguish these owners from the rest of America?  I would assume most of Americans have a pet so which ones were asked: guinea pigs? goldfish? monkeys? sharks?
